 Richard Ravenscraft was our realtor for the most major purchase of our lives. When we first set out to find the home of our dreams, we contacted Rich. He was with us every step of the way. From his constant attention, we received multiple listings with all or our wants and needs in mind. He was able to show us houses we were interested in and sought out answers to our many questions about any of the properties in a timely and efficient manner.

 

 Then we found “IT”- the house we wanted to make our home! Due to a misunderstanding between the previous home owners and us, the sales almost did not occur. We were devastated at first; however, Rich was instrumental in formulating the plan that allowed us to all agree upon a price. We have now been living in our dream house and enjoying it more everyday.

 

 We love our neighborhood, our yard, and most of all the memories that we as a family are creating in this wonderful home. In the end, you often have to look to the beginning, and for that we have to thank Rich Ravenscraft for taking this journey with us.
